Kind of. It's a little underground Social Race a few friends from Canberra have put together. Race out to Batemans Bay the first day, cruise home as a bunch the next day. Apart from the accomodation at Batemans, totally unsupported with no sag wagon, marshalls or course markings. Just a cue sheet, a map, and your own cunning! should be a tops weekend I think!

Keeping it underground to avoid any liabilities etc...

DM won the first few, not just 2002, which was good weather.

2001 wasn't though, it was a bike destroying mudbath. And I'm fairly sure that's the year he worked with the AIS.

Hang in there Craig, I had to take a couple of weeks off at xmas from over training and although I gained 4kg (like you I like food too much too!), I've since lost it and I am in PB fitness, so nothing was lost long term fitness wise either. I guess I am trying to say a break won't damage you man, infact your bod prolly needs the rest and you'll recover, regroup and come back stronger (like James did too).

Rest up and try not to be too frustrated, it's just a bump a road mate, and it'll soon be a memory.
